brief introduction

Swing check valve, also known as one-way valve or check valve, is used to prevent backflow of medium in the pipeline. The opening and closing parts automatically open or close by the medium flow and force, so as to prevent the backflow of medium. The valve is called check valve. The check valve belongs to the automatic valve category, which is mainly used on the pipeline with one-way flow of medium. It only allows the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline [1].

Swing check valve is applicable to various pipelines with nominal pressure of PN1.0MPa ~ 42.0mpa, class150-2500, nominal diameter of DN15 ~ 1200mm, nps1 / 2 ~ 48, and working temperature of - 196 ~ 540℃, which is used to prevent medium backflow. By selecting different materials (WCB, CF8 (m), CF3 (m), 1gr5mo, 15crmo1v, it can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium, urea and other media. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power and other pipelines.

The swing check valve adopts the inner swing swing swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and ring used for the middle flange part, there is no external leakage point on the whole, so the possibility of valve leakage is eliminated. The connection of swing check valve rocker arm and disc adopts spherical connection structure, which makes the disc have a certain degree of freedom in the 360 degree range and appropriate micro position compensation.

Suitable for cleaning medium, not suitable for medium with solid particles and high viscosity
